YunoTK provides remote content and digital presence services to professionals, experts, businesses and organizations.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit YunoTK.com or submit an enquiry through the website.
2. Information you provide
YunoTK collects only the information that you choose to submit through the website contact form:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your request, message or description of what you need.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information or information that is not reasonably necessary for YunoTK to understand and respond to your request.
YunoTK does not ask for your telephone number, physical address, payment information, government identification, precise location, social media profile, budget or other additional personal information through this website unless the website is changed in the future and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.

Processing may be reasonably necessary for YunoTK's legitimate interests in operating its business, responding to genuine enquiries, maintaining secure communications and protecting its website and legal rights, provided those interests do not override applicable individual rights.
Consent. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, YunoTK will request it before carrying out that activity. Consent may be withdrawn where the processing depends on consent.
Legal obligation. Information may be processed or retained where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to YunoTK.
5. Cloudflare infrastructure
YunoTK uses Cloudflare infrastructure to operate and protect this website. Cloudflare services may be used for website hosting and delivery, website and network security, processing the contact form through server-side functionality, spam and automated-abuse protection, and database infrastructure used to store submitted enquiries.
Contact-form information is intended to be processed through YunoTK's Cloudflare environment rather than being sent to an independent third-party form or lead-management service.
Cloudflare may process certain technical information as necessary to provide, secure and operate its infrastructure in accordance with its own contractual, privacy and data-processing obligations.
YunoTK does not intentionally add visitors' IP addresses, device identifiers or browsing histories to the YunoTK lead database for marketing or profiling purposes.
6. Lead storage
Information submitted through the contact form is stored privately in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with YunoTK.
A lead record may contain name, email address, original message or request, date received, internal status and internal notes relating to follow-up.
The original message submitted by the visitor is not intended to be rewritten or altered as part of ordinary lead management. Access to the lead-management area is restricted to authorized persons.
7. No sale, behavioural advertising or profiling
YunoTK does not sell or rent personal information collected through this website.
Information submitted through the contact form is not used for behavioural advertising, cross-site advertising, visitor profiling for marketing purposes, data brokerage, automated scoring of individuals, or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
If YunoTK materially changes these practices in the future, the relevant privacy notices and controls will be updated before the new processing is introduced where required.
8. Data retention
If an enquiry does not result in an ongoing professional relationship, the contact-form information will normally be deleted 30 days after the last meaningful interaction relating to that enquiry.
Information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to respond to an unresolved request, handle a dispute or complaint, establish, exercise or defend legal rights, or comply with an applicable legal requirement.
YunoTK intends to apply data minimization and avoid keeping unsuccessful enquiries indefinitely.
9. If you become a client
If an enquiry develops into a professional or contractual relationship, information that is necessary for that relationship may become part of YunoTK's client or business records.
In that situation, the 30-day lead-retention period will no longer apply to information reasonably required for providing agreed services, managing communications and approvals, maintaining contractual records, invoicing and accounting, meeting legal or regulatory obligations, or protecting contractual or legal rights.
Only information reasonably necessary for those purposes should be retained. Additional contractual or privacy information may be provided where appropriate for the services being performed.
10. Sharing and disclosure
YunoTK does not disclose contact-form information to unrelated parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers where reasonably necessary to operate YunoTK's website and business. At launch, Cloudflare provides the principal website infrastructure described in this Policy.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal requirement, respond to lawful requests from competent authorities, investigate or prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents, establish, exercise or defend legal rights, or protect the rights or safety of YunoTK or others where permitted by law.
11. International processing
YunoTK operates online and may receive enquiries from people located in different countries. As a result, information may be processed using infrastructure or services that operate across national borders.
Where applicable data-protection law imposes requirements on international transfers or processing, YunoTK and its relevant service providers will use applicable contractual, organizational or other recognized safeguards where required.
This statement does not mean that every data-protection law in every jurisdiction automatically applies to every interaction with YunoTK.

Privacy rights vary by state and by whether a particular privacy law applies to the organization and processing involved. YunoTK does not currently sell personal information collected through this website or use it for behavioural advertising or regulated profiling.

YunoTK uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information submitted through the website. These may include restricted access to lead information, authentication for administrative areas, HTTPS encryption in transit, server-side validation of contact-form submissions, protection against automated abuse, limited data collection and deletion of information that is no longer reasonably needed.
No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

YunoTK's website and services are directed primarily to adults, professionals and businesses. YunoTK does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the contact form.
If YunoTK becomes aware that information has been submitted by a child in circumstances requiring deletion or another response under applicable law, appropriate action will be taken.
